If you are using the New Blogger (formerly known as Blogger in Beta), click on "Layout" from your Dashboard. On the right side of the layout page (your blog's sidebar elements), click on "Add a Page Element" at the top, then click on "HTML/Javascript" in the menu that opens.

 

In the window that opens, paste the copied code into the "Body" area. You can leave the Title blank, or put in something like "See Who Won." The button will appear at the top of your sidebar; if you would like to move it to another location in your sidebar, simply drag it while still in your Template editor to the place you want it to appear. If you move the code, remember to click the "Save" button above the sidebar Template.
